Temperatures are set to soar in the United Kingdom in the coming days, which could see people and infrastructure struggle to cope with the heat, a climate expert warned. Britain's Met Office has issued an extreme heat warning for southern and central areas of the UK on Sunday (July 17) and early into the following week. Temperatures are predicted to be in excess of 95F in some places.
