1. Neighbor incensed that the neighbor hired a crew to take down a tree? Where was the tree? Can you believe this?
2. How to have impossible conversations….Ok, so now that you know this happened, how would you talk about this with your neighbor and their tree? Was there a right path here? Would you go to the city council and just ditch the neighbor talk? What would be the right thing to do?
3. That escalated quickly! We go from anger over a tree to burning crosses, displaying swastikas on the fence, displaying a machete with a sign covered in anti-black slurs, playing offensive music and throwing eggs at the house?
4. Real Estate Tip: So, let’s say you are thinking very strongly about buying a house in a neighborhood. Drive by the house often. Get a real sense for the neighborhood. A home can look perfectly normal during the day and then at night things get crazy, or even the opposite.
