2020 How i did the stargate scene so far and whats coming

ok in this i show you how i took apart the old obj file converted it to an fbx and imported it to unreal engine there was onehting i forgot , when you import the file make sure you find a lil spot on a DROP DOWN ARROW that unhides settings and says COMBINE assets/meshes so that it keeps it all in one , this just makes it so you dont have to regroup and place

this is about how to bring the original asset someone else did into engine , the next thing ill show tomorrow is how to i'll be making an animated event horizon and then use another way to get the pieces of the ring and then just place them in with that to make the end object ...i then will redo the stairs later etc so that the bounding issue is non existant but for now this one is useful

and appears epic took the big city freebie down it was pricey lol is ee its still in my vault ill ask before i use that again
