I love this delicious recipe for rice with cabbage.
Ingredients
Onion 1 piece
Sweet pepper 2 pieces
500g cabbage
Rice 200 g
400 mg water
Olive oil for frying
Salt 1 teaspoon to taste +half teaspoon
Cut the vegetables, fried until they are cooked in half. Place the cabbage and fry along with the vegetables until it is cooked halfway, add all spices.
Add rice, pour water, let it boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
