Guaido Hired Florida Man to Overthrow Maduro?

According to a contract release by Silvercorp, the company claiming responsibility for the failed coup against Maduro in Venezuela, Juan Guaido and the Venezuelan opposition signed a $213 Million deal to have Silvercorp overthrow Maduro and install Guaido as President of Venezuela.
