Amidst the disasterous economic impact of COVID-19 to businesses and citizens of Rockwall County, M-C Mayor Keith Short has added two non-budgeted full time positions to the already bloated fire department as he continues to browbeat the Council to give an unscrupulous strip-center developer $200,000 in non-budgeted taxpayer funds!
Transparency in government is a distant memory as Shorts demagogery eliminates open deliberation of the Council and has even eliminated meetings altogether.
