First off: a welcome it’s great to be able to be with you this morning.

I showed a house in Imperial last night…my impressions..nice house. The buyers bought it for 320k in 2020 and its on the market for like 375k….seriously.

13th consecutive day of livestreaming. Managed to do worse yesterday than ever before! 200 impressions, down from 600 the day before and 1,000 the day before that. I’m putting out content and doing worse! That isn’t true on podcasts though. Doing very well on that medium. I have no idea why.

How relevant is google search for finding a real estate agent anymore? I don’t advertise on Google search or anything else really, but I was curious. It just seems like no one goes searching like before…with the rise of Facebook, IG, etc, it seems like people consume so much information within their favorite platform they don’t need to search google. Am I wrong?

There are many parts of life…and I think politicians know this. So when we talk about inflation, that crushes the poor and the working poor. Instead of fighting inflation, we talk about sustainability, which is something the poor literally can’t afford to have anything to do with. We talk about expanding healthcare for all, but not about the rising costs associated with the policies, which again, crush the poor and the working poor. We talk about China and Taiwan, we talk about Russia and Ukraine, and we do our best to forget about the 2 decade long war in Afghanistan because that was embarrassing…but none of these policies help the working poor or poor. Shouldn’t the role of the United States Government be to look out for the interests of all their citizens? It’s getting ridiculous.

Inflation runs the risk of stagflation…which is a period of stagnant growth, unemployment and recession….inflation can cause that. That’s partially why the job numbers miss this past month was cause for concern…

So I’m not doing one thing right…..but it’s ok. Shouldn’t there be some discussion of actually producing content other than the content?

Olivia Rodrigo’s tour has sold out, apparently causing people to be upset. We’ll find out who she is based on google trends and Wikipedia. I have no idea.
