Villain Design for indie comic book

This character is called Dominus Heller. He is the main antagonist in my Upcoming Comic; HIRO: Rage of Tyrants. He is a communist dictator dedicated to controlling the world. He’s a classic bad guy who believes he’s doing what’s best for society- enslaving the world under the boot of communism. Linktr.ee/muttman
