Clinton County Circuit Court judge ordered prosecutor's office to pay defense attorneys $1,200

Clinton County Circuit Court Judge Shannon Schlegel has ordered Clinton County Prosecutor Tony Spagnuolo's office to reimburse a defense attorney's office $1,200, for withholding evidence.
