Inline spinner baits for beginners fishing in Patuxent River

Its like every time I have a bad fishing idea I go to Savage Mill and try to catch fish under uncatchable conditions. I fished Savage Mill in Savage Maryland to show everyone how to use an inline spinner bait. I was actually fishing in Baltimore County right before this and it was absolutely freezing and started snowing on the 9th of May! Hopefully someone got something out of this video, I love doing these type of instructional videos so that beginners can learn my favorite pastime.
