It's a subjective requirement that goes farther than current background checks or prohibitions on selling guns to people prohibited from owning them.

The regulation is part of the new law aimed at gun stores and gun manufacturers that allows anyone who suffers harm from violations to sue.

The requirements are extremely subjective holding gun stores & gun manufacturers liable for the actions of their customers.

The new law has the goal of driving gun stores out of business with frivolous lawsuits.
