I've made a mistake I need to correct my wrongs

i have made a terrible mistake on the officer Ruben Ruiz about him being on his phone. Information has come out that he was the officer that his wife had passed away during shooting and that he was disarmed and removed during the whole occasion.

Help me fight against the corrupt media and get the true information out there.
