Russian missiles struck the House of Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Vinnitsa

Russian MOD: "On July 13, Caliber high-precision missiles hit the garrison house of officers in Vinnitsa - at that moment a meeting of the Ukrainian Air Force command with representatives of foreign arms suppliers was taking place there.

At the meeting, they discussed the transfer to the Ukrainian military of the next batch of aircraft, weapons of destruction and the organization of the repair of the Ukrainian aviation fleet. As a result of the strike, the meeting participants were destroyed."

Sadly a third missile was shot down at low altitude over a populated area causing cars to explode and killing and injuring civilians.
