2. Did they suggest how to improve your home’s appearance to enhance its marketability?

3. Do you primarily interface with the agent rather than the team?

4. Does your agent have a comprehensive marketing strategy for your home?

5. Does your agent help translate required paperwork and relevant real estate laws?

6. Is your home priced similarly to comparable properties in the area?

I think this is mostly true. Communication is so important.
