Weakling becomes the most feared clan's leader after being bitten by a snake

A high school kid gets a classmate's invitation to play a mobile game that he has never heard of. However, as soon as he launches the program, a green snake materializes from his phone's screen and bites him in the neck, knocking him out. The school advises him to take the rest of the day off after he wakes up in the hospital with no visible evidence of a snake bite. He is perplexed by what has occurred, but he writes off the bizarre event as a hallucination and boards the train home.
