Stellaris l Ring World Origin l Othethi City State l Part 1

Welcome back this time to a new Stellaris let's play on the Verne 2.6 patch with the new Federation DLC. We will be checking out the ring world or shatter ring start as we have a great base to get our empire started and hopefully we don't have any unlucky terms or release an end game swarm from the L-Gates that destroys us.
