Notably, Dr. Moore states that "at present, we're doing a risk-based approach", admits that "there's always a risk to having any therapeutic", claims that "you wanna make sure there is a very strong benefit", and compares the "very very low" risk of hospitalization from COVID for a healthy 18-year old with the 1:5000 risk of vaccine-induced myocarditis.

All of this, including to call the mRNA products "therapeutics", has been obvious to independent health scientists and critical thinkers since many months. Note that Dr. Moore speaks here about the 2nd booster (4th dose), so that risk-based approach (and implied informed individual choice) is still quite limited.

It's always interesting to observe the journalists in the room. While one of them actually asks "what's the risk", the same or someone else also states that the myocarditis risk declines with every dose, which is incorrect according to the Public Health Ontario data updated regularly since more than one year (where dose 2 is by far the most dangerous).
