Giant land snails having a green tea spa for DRS

Deep retraction syndrome is a quite common but fatal snails disease. It's root causes remain unknown. When a snail becomes affected, it ceases feeding. So it's activity level drops,. remaining dormant for most of the time. It can still be waken up, but the more affected it gets, the more difficult it is. Finally they weaken, losing grip. and shrinking their bodies due to dehydration and malnourishment. In this stage, the snail looks unhealthy and retracted deep into its shell. Finally, it will die in some months. There is no miraculous solution, but frequent green tea baths may stimulate them and halt the forementioned symptoms temporarily.
