Flash Flood in Downtown Helena

Info from Licensor: My wife and I went to grab a bite to eat. It was raining when we arrived but the cloud burst storm hit right as I got out of our car and almost knocked me over. Once we were inside we got in line to order, that’s when I noticed the rainwater rising, the gutters were filling, and a surge of water coming down Last Chance Gulch and right towards the bar, splashing up against large windows and our vehicle.
