Zestimate, Redfin Estimates, and automated valuation tools have issues

As a real estate agent, I am often confronted with a seller who complains to me about their "Zestimate", or a Redfin Estimate of their home. These are sales tools to get name and contact information only. People always want to know the value of their homes and this valuation tool is the perfect way for them to get your contact information.
