Baby Racoon Trapped - July 14, 2022

I set the trap the night before for a chipmunk that has been eating my new green bean plants. This morning a baby racoon took the bait and trapped itself. Poor little dear. The mother heard the baby crying and came to try to free it. When it couldn't free it, she tried to nurse the baby to comfort it but the cage was in the way. Feeling sorry for the poor baby racoon, I decided to release it so it could rejoin its family. See the release here: https://youtu.be/U3QqgineVX4
