A notorious convicted criminal has been released by the Ukrainian government as part of an amnesty for criminals with combat experience. Ruslan Onishenko - who was behind the bars for torture and rape among other charges - led the notorious far right ‘Tornado’ battalion between 2014 and 2015.
RT's Murad Gazdiev went to see what's left of the former "Tornado" base near Lysichansk as Russian-led forces took it under their control.
