The day after the last 2 videos....we have another swarm!
Are these virgin queen swarms, also know as cast swarms?
We catch the swarm on Mother's Day and cage the queens.
The next day, I take a frame of open brood from two hives, give to those swarms, mark the queens and release them. Come on along, it's getting bee crazy out here....it's not over either, they'll be more soon...
