You either have time or you have money. If you have money, by all means hire a pro painter or carpenter and just replace the entire door panel. If you have time but little money, I will show you how to repair a large hole in a masonite door for around $15. Hopefully this will help tenants, DIY landlords, and home owners getting their home ready for the selling season.
