Argentine man's bungee jumping rope falls off

Recently, a man in Salta province, Argentina, fell directly into the water after his bungee jumping safety rope fell from a height of 40 meters.
After a preliminary investigation by the police, the accident was caused by human error and the safety rope was not properly connected. It is reported that the man suffered multiple injuries, hypothermia and muscle pain, and was treated in the hospital.
