What Tomatoes do I like Best for Canning?

I talk about what I like best for diced or stewed and what I like best for paste or sauce when canning. Two I am not planting this year, but really like as well are Lillian's Yellow Heirloom for diced or stewed and Opalka for sauce or paste, although Opalka also hold up well for diced.
