I conduct two tests. I discharge these batteries using FOUR GearLight M3 LED Tactical Flashlights and see how long they last. Each brand of battery was discharged in each Flashlight.

I also check recharge capacity of each cell after discharge using a LiitoKala Lii-PD4 charger. This is done 4 times with each brand (twice with each cell).
