It's never too late to pay more attention to our health, and according to a study by the University of Michigan, walking in the fresh air can actually improve mental health. The research found that people who walked regularly in nature were less stressed and less prone to depression.
Even those who would have experienced an unpleasant situation such as a separation, unemployment, or the death of a loved one were able to improve their mood and cultivate well-being by walking. That is, nature is also synonymous with quality of life!
In this video we show the hiking of a friend (F. Parracho) who chose to live in this region, leaving the stress of his hectic life in the big city behind.
This region belonging to Tijucas do Sul is known as; Araçatuba Hill has 1673 meters of altitude, being located in the southeast portion of the Serra do Mar on the border of PR/SC.
