1 dead, officer remains in critical condition after shooting in Warren County

Clearcreek Township Police Chief John Terrill said officer Eric Ney was shot in the head and a suspect was subsequently shot and killed after police responded to a domestic incident on the 5900 block of State Route 48 Tuesday night.
