Babies First Mega Mek Campaign - episode 1 - campaign and company setup

Mega Mek is a fan made, Java clone of the classic tactical miniatures game Battletech. MekHQ is another layer for Mega Mek that allows for full campaign management with options to play out each combat scenario in Mega Mek or on the table top. The game can be played against the bot or with your friends. It is clearly a labor of love but is not the most user friendly of introductions to the Battletech Universe. They have done an amazing job of giving you all of the options from a number of versions of the game and campaign management, but that means that it is much easier to jump into if you have a working knowledge of Battletech in the first place. My working knowledge of table top Battletech is about 25 years (and at least one change of game ownership) out of date but we are going to give it a try anyway. :) The first episode is primarily campaign setup and building our initial merc company. The next two videos are combat scenarios. Further videos are possible but will depend on the interest shown in these 3 videos. Mega Mek is a very loyal and tight community as far as I can tell but is fairly niche, even by the standards of this channel. I'm not really sure how these will play out. If you love it, please let me know. I did enjoy my first few hours with the game and would happily play more if there is an interest.
