Newly released hallway and body cam footage of the Uvalde school shooting shows armed police standing by for 77 minutes before doing anything.

The footage captured armed officers running scared when shots can be heard as children and teachers were being killed. One officer can be seen using hand sanitizer, other officers are caught fist bumping, one clip shows an officer directing police to stay back.
