"OFF THE PROPERTY NOW!!!" UNLAWFUL ORDERS IGNORED. LT McCune GET'S EDUCATED.

This was on Tuesday July 12th, 2022 at approximately 9:55, on Broadway street in Salem Massachusetts. I walked around the perimeter and was confronted by police at every spot, as I filmed and documented the incident that was going on. The worst was from the Salem State University Police lieutenant, lieutenant McCune. Where he met me with aggression and tried to intimidate me off the public property of Salem State University. When he did that he tried to take my bike as leverage to get me to remove myself from the property. Remember this is all of this over a stolen e-bike and a possible handgun in the house, it was a BB gun. I overheard the person that does the boarding up of houses say that he estimates the damages to this house at over $100,000. I truly believe this was a waste of resources and caused more of a danger to the public. I believe they could have done a steak out and waited for the gentleman to come out of the house the house and rushed him. The way they did this could have caused a hostage situation And as they were saying in bystanders could have been hit with a stray bullet.

At approximately 6:00 AM this morning in Salem, the police department was alerted to a robbery that had taken place on Broadway, near the intersection of Charles Street in which an electric bike was stolen from a man passing by and during which the perpetrator displayed what appeared to be a hand g un. The victim reported that the perpetrator fled into the house at 106 Broadway. Responding officers secured the scene while the department’s Criminal Investigation Division sought a search warrant for the premise. A SWAT team from the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC) was requested to make entry in light of the possible presence of the firea rm. At approximately 11:00 AM, entry was made and Andrew Allard, 32 years old, who resides at that address, was taken into custody. The victim’s e-bike and a BB g un were also recovered at the scene. No injuries were sustained by the victim, the responding officers, or the perpetrator.
