Go to you public library website and sign up for a FREE library card online. I use https://sfpl.org/

Step 2: Copy (or write down) your new library card number

Step 3:
Go to hhttps://www.hoopladigital.com/ and register a free account

Step 4:
Browse 1000's of titles for both ebooks and audiobooks from various different categories.
