In our live stream today we talked about a few things. We did a comparative story about landlord tenant relations in the UK and contrasted them with a new measure going into effect in the bay area of the United States. We took a look at a story about an estranged son who is suing his mother and sister for being a bad landlord in New York City. They happen to own 10 buildings, 2 of which are in Manhattan if I'm not mistaken.

We then look at the concern raised that mortgages may be risky in this current economic environment. I think there's always an element of risk and so in the video we discuss this. The problems we are seeing in housing and mortgages are not in a vacuum. Inflation is causing chaos in many people's lives.

Finally, we discuss Kraft changing from Macaroni and Cheese to Mac N Cheese. That doesn't seem earth shattering, but it did generate headlines. Also, did you know there was an "iconic" smile on the box? I didn't, and I love Mac N' Cheese, so how iconic can it be?
