Total darkness, a power outage in East Petersburg P nnsylvania in the middle of the night

Sirens are blaring and there is no power. I’m guessing that something happened at the power station north of town.

UPDATE: There was an accident on state route 72 between Manheim and East Petersburg. The driver took out a pole.
