How the FAIRtax Helps Solve the Student Loan Debt Crisis

Americans owe more that one and a half TRILLION dollars in student loan debt. Many student loans are in default. Part of the reason is the crushing effect of the income/payroll tax system. In this week's Chairman's Report, Steve Hayes looks at how the FAIRtax would play a major part in helping people deal with not just their student loans, but all loans that have to be repaid with after tax dollars.
