Can a 150cc Honda PCX scooter be faster than a 600cc V-Twin Honda Motorcycle? Apparently, with the right rider and the right circumstances, yes.

I meet a new friend and we go for a night ride in Lancaster county PA. We have a good time, and my little 150 surprised him with it's pep.
