Mother Nature Wins today on Illinois property management!! Called off on the count of slop...

Join me today on a land management project (aka Property management, real estate investing, wildlife habitat solutions, land investing, etc) with the Bobcat e42 Mini Excavator as I work on day lighting a water runoff ditch to try and find a water relief to drain this ditch now and in the future. Of course, today didn't go quite as planned and Mother nature gets a big win today! Not only did she trick me on being able to drain the ditch, but she also kept the dirt and ground way to wet to do any kind of dirt grading, shaping or redirecting water flow! Uggghhh. But hey, that's how it goes sometimes! (I got some revenge today, Memorial day 5-25-20 so stay tuned for that!). Anyway, if you enjoy land management, and machine work, and trying to solve water runoff issues that I think you will enjoy today's video. Join me in the Bobcat mini excavator deep in the Southern Illinois woods. Oh, and by the way, this 53 acre Illinois property is currently for sale if you or anyone you know may have an interest. It is located in Southern Illinois and you can Contact Curtis Rogers at Midwest Farm & Land to check it out.
