Lesson 7 - Thought Habit #5 - Using Enticements For Spiritual Growth

In this lesson we discuss Thought Habit #5, how to use the enticements of this world for our spiritual growth. Enticements are the things that happen throughout our day that trigger us; traffic, customer service calls, children, spouses, coworkers, other drivers, etc. Enticements are our spiritual gym and they invite us to choose to focus spiritually or temporally dozens of times per day. We discuss the value of having a body and that part of our experience here in earth is to learn to master the body. We also discuss how we can even use anxiety and depression for our spiritual growth. Enticements are God's curriculum for this world, and it is a perfect one-room school house set up to teach us to become like Him.
