Get rid of loitering laws, aggressive CPS laws, Teaching to a test, bring back basic trade skills and home economics in the schools, allow kids to walk, bike and take public transportation THEMSELVES long before 10 years old. Slash Zero Tolerance policies and let kids duke it out. Disincentivize Stranger Danger and overblown abduction stories. Slash the Tobacco age back to 18.
