★ Ingredients for 2 people
・Tuna sashimi 120g
・Avocado
・Onion 1/4
・Cucumber 1/3
・Ponzu
・Sesame oil
・Soy sauce
・Salt
・Frozen Edamame
・Salt
・Sweet onion
・Flour 2 tablespoons
・Potato starch 1 tablespoon
・Curry Powder 1 tablespoon
・Chicken consommé 1 teaspoon
・Mayonaise 2 tablespoons
・Cold Beer 100ml
・Oil
★Cooking Recipe
1.) Slice onion 1/4 and put them in water for 30 min.
2.) Make boiled water for Edamame
3.) Cut Tuna sashimi, cucumber, avocado into small cubes
4.) Cut sweet onion in 1cm wide slices
5.) When water gets boiled, put frozen edamame in it and cook for 10-13 min.
When Edamame cooked, drain the water and sprinkle salt.
6.) Drain water from 1.) onion and squeeze water well from the onion.
7.) Put Tuna sashimi, cucumber, avocado, sliced onion in a bowl, and add sesame oil, ponzu, soy sauce, salt, and mix them.
after that, cover the bowl with wrap and put it in the refrigerator until served.
8.) Put flour 2 spoons, potato starch 1 spoon, Curry powder 1 spoon, consommé 1 tea spoon in a zip bag.
9.) Put fresh onion in the zip and shake it.
When fresh onion gets covered with powder, take them out.
10.) Put the pan of oil on the fire
11.) Put the 8.) contents in a bowl, add cold beer 100ml and mayonnaise 2 spoons, and mix them roughly (roughly mix make the batter crispy)
12.) Batter the onions and fry them in 350-360F oil until the surface become golden brown and crispy
