Congress is full of solutions in search of a problem. In this week's Chairman's Report, AFFT President Steve Hayes looks at one such proposal from Kevin Brady regarding commercial real estate. He examines how Congressman Brady's proposal may provide some temporary relief, but doesn't really solve the problem. The real solution, of course, is the FAIRtax.
