* 2 Slices Thick Sourdough Bread
* 8oz Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
* 3 Tbsp @traderjoes Organic Bread Crumbs
* 1 Tsp @kindersflavors Garlic Herb Seasoning
* 1 Tsp Chili Powder
* 1 Tsp Paprika
* 2 Tbsp (30mL) @pacesalsaandsauces Nacho Jalapeño Cheese Sauce (Mild)
* 1 oz Sliced Jalapeños
* Tacos/Fries
* 2 @guerrerotortillas Corn Tortillas
* 2 oz 96% Lean Ground Beef
* 1 oz (28g) @traderjoes Lite Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
* 6 oz Sweet Potatoes
* 4 oz Yellow Potatoes

I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Get two bowls. In one bowl, whisk egg and in the other, mix breadcrumbs and seasonings.
2. Dunk chicken breasts in egg then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat until all breadcrumbs are used up.
3. Cook chicken breasts in air fryer at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes. For final 2 minutes of cooking, add sourdough bread to air fryer.
4. Build your sandwich by adding chicken breasts to sourdough toast slice, top with nacho cheese sauce & jalapeños, then other sourdough toast slice.
**TO MAKE THE WHOLE MEAL**
5. Cook seasoned ground beef in a skillet on medium high heat until brown. Add tortillas sprayed with 0 calorie cooking oil to pan and cook for 90 seconds per side. Add beef and cheese to tortillas and fold closed, holding closed until cheese melts.
6. Slice potatoes & sweet potatoes into fries and cook in air fryer at 375 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
