HOW TO PROPERLY Plant Tomatoes Sideways! 🍅 IS IT WORTH IT? WATCH THIS. | Gardening in Canada.

In this video we take the popular nearly viral idea of planting tomatoes 🍅 on their side and put it to the test. The idea is if you plant the tomato sideways you’ll end up with bigger better tomato. And while I don’t disagree with this method I do think it takes a lot of room and also puts stress of the stem on the plant. So in this video we go over the science of the sideways tomato method, how to properly plant tomatoes to get the same result. Happy planting and remember planting tomatoes sideways is okay but there are always better methods!
