Colorado AG investigation find 12th Judicial District failed to comply with Victim Rights Act

The Colorado Attorney General's Office found there was "a systemic failure to follow the law and systemic violations of the law" surrounding the Victim Rights Act in the 12th Judicial District Attorney's Office. They are entering an agreement to ensure it is followed.
