In Episode 70 of Webull Day Trading, I show you live how I trade a dead cat bounce technical chart pattern. I walk you through the 3 things I look for at opening bell.

1. Gap down
2. sign of strength
3. Sign of weakness.

ONce I see the bounce take place and begin to see long upper wicks form on the bounce , that shows me that the bounce can be slowing down. After the candle that form make a lower low and lower high, i begin to enter into my short position because that is what I look for when the technical pattern of a dead cat bounce is forming.

When shorting stocks I typically am very aggressive in taking profits. Risk is the only thing we can completely control in the markets.
