Are we closer to the bottom or the top of this real estate cycle?

This is a question we must constantly ask ourselves of our investments (before we make them). Where in the cycle is this instrument/stock, etc? Its not a perfect science but helps you avoid buying the top and selling the bottom, which are the two most likely outcomes for emotion/inexperienced investors. I am still seeing lots of positives here and it appears more and more that the majority of the bad news is already on the table. Remember that markets can always go up or down and we can only try to figure out which way its leaning. Hope it helps! Links below :)
