Recently diagnosed with celiac disease so I gave making bread a first time go. Amazing! This muffin mix makes a great sweet bread more like a banana bread but either way it turned out perfect!
Set it to the gluten free setting and boom! Beyond words... clean the machine well before you use!
Functional, economical and easy to use. Four cups of flour overflow the baking cup, 3 cups are about the right size.

The dark setting on this breadmaker can be too dark, but I use it because I like a crusty loaf.The instructions for use seem wordy, but are actually easy to follow.Make sure you get the proportions for your ingredients exactly right--bread baking is a scientific process.
Works exactly as Id hoped. I have the Breadman and a couple of others over the years. My mom would use these machines until they broke, and that was after hundreds of loaves.
So now, it should work out great after the first few test loaves. Im excited and looking forward to many more loaves. Easy to use, easy to clean, never used the timer because I want my bread NOW!
Great machine for the price, and I made some amazing blackberry jam with it too. Whole wheat, Italian herb, all the varieties you could imagine are delicious and super simple.
This bread maker is great. I havent used others to compare to, but for the price I doubt you could do much better. Ive tried a couple of loaves and theyve been perfect.
There is a little hole in the bottom where the paddle is but not massive. Ive added a photo to show it.
very useful but I had problem with mixing. The picture shows the result but with less amount of yeast than specified in the recipe .
