George Floyd protest 5-29-20 HPD gets kicked in the giblets

This guy was arrested for cutting the rope in front of Houston city hall / it was put up for road construction not crowd control / he turned toward police with a knife in his hand and they took him down / police took away his bat and a woman from the crowd took the bat away from the cop / they then took the guy under arrest away from the protest over a retention wall and the guy kicked the cop in the balls ( hard ) while handcuffed
