--Materials: Embellished Fabric X2 pieces for both of Lariat Necklace, Fabric Recycled Fabric, Adhesive Fabric, Recycled Beads/Necklace, Re-Purposed Florets from other projects I might use, X5 Chain pieces with different length, Silver Flowers, Wire Crocheted Flower (I did not use)
--Tools: Scissors, Cutters, Pliers, Craft Glue, Cold Heated Glue & Gun
--Findings: Jump Rings, Clasp, Cord Endings

Steps:
1: Measure the length of the Necklace and fabric to desired length of the necklace and attach fabrics with the adhesive fabric and trim all the unnecessary fabrics
2: Decide what the décor or design to go with and attach findings to the Necklace
3: Start attach the the chain pieces and the silver necklace/beads
4: Because the length of the beads/silver necklace is long -- there is length to form a flower
5: Décor the Necklace with more flowers
6: May use shimmer nail polish for more spark
